Report incorrect information
The USP at UFC is the different "desi-flavored" options - I tried 5 of them. The "Madras Curry powder" fried chicken was the best, the flavors were really robust and delicious. The Masala Chaas (buttermilk) fried chicken was closest to the traditional fried chicken, and was also superb. I'd give the cafreal, gunpowder and the mustard variants a pass, simply because the desi masala flavors weren't strong enough. The fried chicken in each of these was excellent, moist yet not oily, well done but not chewy, just perfectly done.
The Ghee roast paneer burger was a pleasant surprise, the ghee roast flavors went very well in the burger.
On the whole - definitely a place I'd recommend for fried chicken with a desi twist. The ultimate comfort food after all!
