Fantastic signature dish. Excellent personalized service by Ulhas, as he always meet his customers with smiley face. We tried some other Rassa Omelette by different vendor and they don't have the taste like Ulhas. He is the only authentic Rassa Omelette vendor in whole of Goa if I may add.
