Had a very disappointing experience at UFC. The place was quite dirty with dust everywhere, and it didn’t feel comfortable at all, especially for a family visit. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food, which was frustrating. It seemed like the staff was more focused on Zomato and Swiggy orders and didn’t really pay attention to customers dining in. The only thing that was decent was the chicken wings, but apart from that, everything else fell short. Overall, a bad experience and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Cleanliness and service really need improvement. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
