I am extremely disappointed with my order. I had specifically ordered Kaju Masala and Paneer Tikka, but by the time it reached me, the curry of Kaju Masala was completely mixed with the Paneer Tikka, ruining both dishes. This shows careless packing and a complete lack of attention to customer satisfaction. When I pay full price, I expect my food to be packed properly and delivered in edible condition. Such negligence is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your quality standards. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

The service and the person who served was genuinely very good, but the food was way lower than average. We had ordered starters that were fine but the main course was very bad. We had ordered kadai paneer and dum aloo. Paneer was ok but dum aloo literally had no taste, but the staff was kind enough to offer us alternative curry which was paneer tikka masala that was ok.
