Please avoid this hotel for several reasons: 1. The cashier at the front desk behaves arrogantly, which can really spoil your mood. 2. The atmosphere is dull and lacks character. 3. It’s a self-service establishment, and the staff shows little interest in providing good customer service. 4. When you ask them to turn on the fan, they make faces and pass messages to one another instead of helping. 5. Most importantly, if you don’t speak Kannada, you may be treated poorly. 6. The cashier, serving staff, and even the manager can be confrontational and are ready to argue, both verbally and physically, with customers. 7. The quality of the food is subpar, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. 8. Overall, I would rate this experience as a negative one, so I will give it no rating at all. 9. If you have no other option, just take one plate of Idli and go off. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
