I visited My Udupi Spice today, eager to enjoy some delicious Udupi cuisine. However, my experience was somewhat disappointing due to the service. Even for basic necessities like water and glass tumblers, I had to remind the staff multiple times. The lethargic service made the dining experience less enjoyable, as promptness and attentiveness are key aspects of good hospitality. While the food was average; the ginger lime soda which took forever to arrive was delicious, the slow service further detracted from the overall experience. I hope the management improves their efficiency to provide a smoother and more welcoming experience for their guests. Would I visit again? No. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
