I went there for breakfast because the hotel looked appealing from the outside — but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Right from the billing counter, the behaviour of the staff was rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, two or three customers were already arguing with the billing person. I didn’t understand the reason at first, but within a few minutes I realized why people were upset. The staff behaved as if they were serving food for free, with no basic courtesy or respect. Coming to the food — it was easily one of the worst I’ve had in the BTM Layout area. Honestly, I would rather skip a meal than eat here again. They don’t even provide drinking water at the table; you have to get it yourself from an RO machine. If a hotel can’t provide basic service, why run it at all? The owner seriously needs to look into the staff’s behaviour and service standards or else I bet hotel will have to be closed in no time.
