I recently had an awful experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible; the room and common areas were dirty and clearly not maintained, making it an uncomfortable place to stay. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and displayed blatant racist behavior, which made the entire situation even more distressing. Despite having a reservation, they refused to give me a room for the night, leaving me stranded. This level of unprofessionalism and discrimination is unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here. Honestly, you're better off sleeping on the streets than spending a night at this place. It was an appalling experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Service: 1

I recently visited Udipi Ananda Bhavan, a vegetarian restaurant. Tasty Food, but Poor Staff Behavior and Hygiene. A wide variety of vegetarian dishes available. The staff's behavior was unfriendly and uncooperative. The staff's personal hygiene was concerning, and the washbasin area was not clean. Service: 1
