Today we took parcel for dinner to eat at home . In the 14 mini idli box pack lots of idlis were crumbled and infact only 9 idlis were there in full shape and several were broken already . Also there was a half broken medu vada inside which is shocking. Who knows it is stale discarded vada or purposely the guy put as may be idlis were less . I always felt Anugraha is the best from porur till kovur but today's incident is a shocker . Their landline number is constantly busy . We should not blindly think some restaurants are always good because of their name . Anugraha has also entered the list . My daughter 11 years old could not enjoy here 14 idli dish Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Food: 1

Worst hotel, do not use any type food in this otel for all, because there is no taste food and hygienic. Kindly asking all, please complaint this hotel to food court department. Request ing all user don't use this hotel again and again.
