I'm a vegan from Chennai and ever since I started following Ubuntu Eat on Instagram, I couldn't wait to try their food. So today, I tried to live vicariously and ordered it for a friend in Mumbai whose family is Bengali and a heavy meat eater. They had two words for it - ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. They were honestly left speechless and couldn't make out the difference. They were in fact shocked to know it's vegan and their whole perspective of vegan food changed in just 1 bite. Both the butter chicken and the shorshe maach were absolutely on point and the food in general was of very high quality. If you're from Mumbai, a dish from this place HAS to be your next meal, you can't miss out. Thanks to the brilliant Ubuntu team for such an amazing job, it makes me hopeful about a vegan world someday and it's their hardwork which is changing people's perception one meal at a time. Thanks Ubuntu, truly grateful!
