I had really terrible experience in this US Pizza Outlet. This is the worst ever experience I had in dining-in in my life. I politely asked waiter why it was taking too long since he was prioritizing other customers and had kept us in waiting in the middle of the servings for 15 minutes. But instead of apologizing, the waiter kept doing counter arguments and refused to apologize when asked to apologized by me and the manager of the outlet as well.I have been repeat customer of US Pizza since years and I lost all my trust on the brand today because of untrained rude staff. I will not dine in to US Pizza ever again. Just awful. Know that such if such terrible franchise continue to exist, it will damage brand image and people will stop going to US Pizza outlets.
