It's not fresh at all, looks like it's cooked during lunch time. Rice is sticky, which is not the usual. Basant polau tastes horrible.

ordered aloo bhaja but was dissappointed to see the quality, ordered Aam Panna, received lassi instead. Mutton was good. Basanti Pulao lacked freshness and the authentic smell of ghee, seems prepared long back.
