We went to Upstate to celebrate our birthday, but I really didn’t enjoy it at all because the service there was very poor. We asked the staff several times to play some music, but they didn’t respond even after we requested three to four times. I had ordered seasonal vegetables, but they came without any salt, which was very disappointing. After we finished eating, the staff didn’t clear the dirty dishes on time either; they only did it when we asked them. Overall, I felt extremely disappointed with my visit to Upstate, and I will never go there again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

While visiting Haridwar I enjoyed eating at Upstate By Shivi. The food was fresh and very good customer service. Loved the arrabiata pasta and virgin mojito. The menu was extensive and offer a and wide range of food options. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
