While visiting Haridwar I enjoyed eating at Upstate By Shivi. The food was fresh and very good customer service. Loved the arrabiata pasta and virgin mojito. The menu was extensive and offer a and wide range of food options. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
