First off, the Poori was light and fluffy, paired perfectly with a flavorful and mildly spiced potato curry. It’s a classic dish done exceptionally well here. The Butter Masala Dosa was a standout. The dosa was crispy yet soft, generously smeared with butter, and filled with a deliciously spiced potato filling. Every bite was a delight, with the butter adding a rich, indulgent touch. The Masala Dosa was equally impressive, with a perfect balance of crispiness and softness, and a wonderfully seasoned potato filling. The accompanying chutneys and sambar were fresh and full of flavor, complementing the dosas perfectly. The Idly and Vada combo was another highlight. The idlies were soft and melt-in-the-mouth, while the vadas were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Both paired excellently with the sambar and chutneys. Overall, Udipi Srinivasa Restaurant offers an exceptional breakfast experience with high-quality food, great flavors, and value money. If you’re going to Tirumala, you can try here especial rates are cheaper in self service compared to sit out in AC. Highly recommended!
