Now let's have a look at the food I had :
???? Classic West Lake Soup : A hot and refreshing Soup basically sweet in taste. It had a really balanced flavour which I liked. A good one to start your meal with.
????Two Sticks Special Veg Dimsums : These were great in taste. The outer coating was done with spinach which made the dish look green in color and the inner stuffing had veggies including cabbage, carrot, spring onion. It looked very attractive and had an excellent taste with a really nice coating. And yes to mention the dips served with them were excellent too.
????Mushroom Honkong Style : Tiny fried mushrooms, onions, red chillis, bell peppers were tossed with chilli sauce.The musroom were crisp outside and soft inside . The dish was topped with spring onions and was served with a cabbage and bell pepper salad. It had a nice smoky flavour.
????Paneer Singapore Chilli : Large Paneer pieces fried well and tossed with a chilli sauce. It had an overpowering flavour of the sauce which could have been controlled a bit while cooking. Rest all assured, the dish was good.
After such a delectable starter,we headed towards the Main Course. The Main Course comprised Spicy Basil Noodles, Vegetable KungPao Sauce , Veg Burnt Chilli Garlic Noodles and a Red Thai Curry Combo.
The Thai Curry Combo with Steam Rice was great in taste. It tasted like an authentic Thai Curry with all the required flavours on point and with a balanced taste. The Noodles were also amazing in taste especially the Veg Burnt Chilli Garlic one.
Desserts are ways inevitable after any meal . We had :
????Fried Ice Cream: A big scoop of vanilla ice cream was coated with coconut powder and was fried. It was beautiful in taste.
????Chocolate Cigars: Hot melted chocolate was infused inside crispy fried rolls. The cigars were crisp and you can enjoy the hot chocolate when you take a bite of the roll❤
This place can make you amazed by its food and of course service too. Drop down by them and do taste their food if you are a Chinese, Asian or Thai food lover.
Tried out different soups, out of which I liked the Classic West Lake Soup.
Tried Sticks Special Veg Dimsums and Chicken Lemon Zest Dimsums. In veg Dimsums, all the veggies including cabbage, carrot, spring onion were properly stuffed inside the wanton skin and the taste was excellent. It was green in color and looked very attractive. Non veg Dimsums were also very good. Good amount of minced Chicken were stuffed in the wanton skin and steamed.
In Starter:
◾ Chicken Mandarin: Cube sized fried Chicken pieces, bell peppers, onions were tossed in red chilli sauce and topped with spring onions. It was served with cabbage and bell pepper salad. Chicken was fresh, tender and juicy. It was perfectly cooked and tasted really well.
◾Mushroom Honkong Style: Fried mushrooms, onions, red chillis, bell peppers were tossed in a red sauce, topped with spring onions and was served with cabbage and bell pepper salad. It had a smoky flavor.
◾Paneer Singapore Chilli: Triangle shaped Paneer pieces were fried and tossed in a chilli sauce. It was crisp outside and soft inside. It was well garnished but the taste needs to be improved.
◾Barbeque Chicken Wings: It was delicious. These were perfectly fried, tossed in the barbeque sauce and topped with spring onions. These were very juicy inside. A must try dish!
Headed towards the Main Course. The Main Course comprised Chicken Fried Rice, Spicy Basil Noodles, Chicken Chilli Oyster Sauce, Vegetable KungPao Sauce, Khow Suey Platter.
I liked the Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Chilli Oyster Sauce a lot. The rice was properly cooked and tossed with egg and chicken.
Finally winded up the meal with dessert:
◾Fried Ice Cream: A big scoop of vanilla ice cream was coated with coconut powder and was fried. It was very yummy. In each bite you would get the flavor of coconut.
◾Chocolate Cigars: Hot melted chocolate was infused inside crispy fried roll. It was very delicious.
