Extremely Disgusting, Irresponsible & Unacceptable Experience This was one of the worst dining experiences my family has ever faced. We are a pure vegetarian family, and before placing the order we confirmed TWICE with the staff that the soup was strictly vegetarian. Despite this clear confirmation, we were shockingly served non-veg soup. This is not a minor error. For many families, vegetarian food is connected to religious beliefs, ethics, and health. Serving non-veg after repeated confirmation is a serious violation of trust and shows complete negligence. What made the situation even more disgusting and infuriating was the manager’s behavior. Instead of showing remorse or taking responsibility, the manager was shamelessly laughing when we raised the issue. This kind of attitude is highly disrespectful, unprofessional, and humiliating for customers who were clearly distressed. If staff and management cannot differentiate between veg and non-veg food — and worse, mock customers for it — it raises serious concerns about: • Food safety standards • Kitchen segregation • Staff training • Respect for customer values An apology after such behavior means nothing. This experience caused unnecessary mental stress and completely ruined our meal. I would strongly warn vegetarian families to avoid this place. Absolutely no sensitivity, no accountability, and no respect. Never visiting again.
