I am extremely disappointed with the service of Two Brother's Bakery Cafe. This is not a one-time issue; we have noticed the same problem 3–4 times, which clearly shows how careless and unprofessional their management is. Every time we place a cake order, they give a specific pickup time, but when we go to receive the order, they always delay it by nearly 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable, especially when cakes are ordered for birthdays or special occasions where timing is very important. There is absolutely no respect for the customer’s time. The staff does not give proper updates, and when asked about the delay, they respond casually, as if it is normal to keep customers waiting. Such behavior reflects poor planning, lack of responsibility, and zero customer care. Moreover, the overall service experience feels disorganized and frustrating. If a bakery cannot manage orders and deliver them on time, then they should not accept advance orders at all. Customers trust the cafe for special moments, but this place repeatedly ruins those moments with its poor service. I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from here, especially if you need your cake on time. They are never on time As usual I always order They will be like sir you can come in 20 or 30 minutes and order will be ready blah blah blah. And when i came to take order they will say sir you have to wait 20 or 30 minutes more And it’s not only once They always do this shittt like always Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
