The helpers in the dog area are extremely rude, they keep hovering just to shoo customers out even before the time is over. Esp a young north eastern guy with tied hair and facial acne (he refused to tell me his name because he knows he was rude). He needs to learn basic manners first. On the other hand, many people coming in groups are allowed to exceed their time. Apparently the helpers pick and choose! The dogs are also not in great shape, several have dental issues and many have deformed legs. The enterprise is purely money minded and not much by way of customer service or care for animals. Wish the management takes note of this and prioritizes the well being of animals and then customer service, instead of just targeting people with kids to go out even before the time is over.
