I recently had a disappointing experience with twin bucket The order arrived almost an hour late, and when it finally did, the food was cold and soggy. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered was missing, and another was incorrect. I tried to contact customer service, but I was put on hold for an extended period, only to be given a generic response with no resolution. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better service and reliability, and I won't be using twin bucket again. Worst food delivery service (TWIN BUCKET)in Karaikal.

Very very worst delivery service in Karaikal. I faced lot of damaged food and packages.they are asking particularly 5 star rating very worst delivery service ever.
