I’ve visited Turkey Junction Restaurant multiple times over the years, including their Kurla outlet, where I had a fantastic experience with both the food and service.However, my visit today to the S.V. Road outlet was extremely disappointing.To start with, we waited 15 minutes for a table, which was acceptable since it’s a Sunday. But once seated, things quickly went downhill. We were given a table near the washroom with poor seating arrangements—so uncomfortable that it was difficult to sit properly due to the table setup.It took another 10 minutes before a staff member approached us to take the order. We asked for water, and without confirming, they placed a bottled water on the table. Then we had to wait again—this time for glasses. When they finally arrived, they brought only 3 glasses for 4 people.There was no cutlery or condiments provided with the food. Each time we requested something, the waiter responded rudely, saying, “Nahi diya toh kya hua, agar maangte toh deta”The food was decent, and the pricing is on par with a 4-star hotel restaurant. But when it comes to service, there is absolutely no professionalism or courtesy. Honestly, it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
