I have been ordering from them for the past 1.5 years ....I order like every Sunday or the day the mess food sucks...food is fresh and good specially the chicken biriyani and chicken roll ....the most affordable and the most tasty at this price point .....most of the review states about staff behaviour.....I even had that issue while ordering earlier ...but I this ...most people mess up with them ...like giving fake orders or wrong address....and I think they don't behave in that way purposefully...that's there nature and may seem bad to anyone not exposed to numerous types of people ...but to me as I slowly became a regular customer...I knew how much pressure they have each day .....as a low budget quality seeking person ...I'll recommend u to try this place once ....the rest for the owner ...I'll love to recommend you to just tell ur staff to be a bit more lenient to dine in customers as it reduces your review and the chance for people to get a good place like you'rs... had a really disappointing experience at Tuning Fork, Jawahar Nagar, Kota. I ordered paneer biryani, but the quantity of paneer was shockingly less, and the dish was extremely spicy to the point of being uncomfortable. On top of that, they didn’t even provide normal drinking water, which is basic hospitality. The AC was not switched on, making the atmosphere very uncomfortable. To make things worse, the service was drastically late — we had to wait far longer than expected for our order. Overall, a very unpleasant dining experience. Definitely not worth the hype.
