Horrible experience with billing...they bring the bill and when you go to pay they tell you different bill with taxes...staff don't know how to use credit card pos terminals...straight away they argue that the card is declined..Food is not so good either.

Food tasted average..service could have been better...during billing the clerk at the reception felt I could not afford it, she kept repeating you have to pay 22. 0%tax...they gave a bill at table for 880. When i went to reception to pay, i was advised about tax on amount as I was using credit card.
Normally when I go to another restaurant the bill at the table includes MRP n taxes... But I was happy to pay that..this is when it went sour..I gave my HDFC card which till date has never declined..I saw the pos terminal error stating it's not connected as it was not able to dial..the girl without thinking twice said card is declined...I request her that the network is not connecting..she again without restarting the terminal stated the pos is connected in a stern way as though she knows better...I work for us based bank in Bombay n help customers with fraud n card declines everyday..I knew my card was not getting declined.I made my wife bring her card n same error came...girl was adamant it was not pos fault but this time she restarted the terminal..my wife n i felt so insulted I paid by cash.. we decided not to ever visit
