We reached the restaurant at 9:40 AM with two senior citizens for breakfast. The map clearly mentioned that the restaurant opens at 9:00 AM, yet we were kept waiting outside on the road for 15 minutes. What’s worse, despite repeated requests, the staff flatly refused to let us sit, not even on the empty chairs inside. Two elderly people were made to stand outside, while the staff watched with complete indifference and zero sense of basic humanity. Absolutely disgraceful and inhumane. Thankfully, we managed to find a couple of seats in front of TJSB Bank nearby and made them sit there. But this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. Very good food. Road side parking available . Place....opposite of Rutu state Brhamand patlipada road. Staf members behaviour was so polite.many times we visited Tulsi Pure Veg Restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
