The behavior of the receptionist Monika is very rude and she doesn't knows how to talk with visitors. We recently visited there and she talked rudely that she won't give the room to us after prompting her to help us while she was watching reels on her phone. Will not suggest this hotel. Extremely bad experience.

Tulsi Hotel is a very good hotel because Ram Jhula is very close to it and so is the bus stand and Triveni Ghat. The behavior of the hotel staff is also good. Service: 5
