I had an incredible dining experience at Tsuru Japanese Restaurant in Dimapur. The food was authentic, fresh, and packed with flavor. I ordered the Chicken Katsu and the Shoyu Ramen (Chicken), and both dishes were outstanding. The Chicken Katsu was crispy and perfectly cooked, with a rich, tangy sauce that elevated the dish. The portion was generous, and the freshness of the cabbage slaw added a great texture contrast. The Shoyu Ramen (Chicken) was the highlight for me. The broth had a deep, savory flavor that complemented the tender chicken and fresh veggies. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the soft-boiled eggs were just the right consistency. On top of the delicious food, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a beautiful Japanese-inspired decor. This is hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve visited, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in Dimapur! I’ll definitely be coming back!
