We recently picked up two cakes from TrueCakes for a celebration, and while it's a bit pricier than your average bakery, the quality and taste make it absolutely worth it! What We Ordered & Loved:. Mango Cheesecake: A definite winner! The perfect amount of tangy sweetness and creamy texture. It was a huge hit, especially with the younger crowd, and a nice change of pace from traditional chocolate cakes. Belgian Chocolate Mousse Cake: Rich, decadent, and smooth. A classic done right. The chocolate flavour was deep and satisfying. The packaging was great, and the cakes looked absolutely lovely. The staff did not respond well to complaints, especially when the cake had stale bread inside and did not taste good. When it was pointed out, they insisted that the taste was as intended and refused to accept any fault. They also did not offer a refund, which added to the frustration. This kind of service and attitude makes it hard to trust the place for future orders, as customer satisfaction was clearly ignored.
