I visited this True Tramm Trunk BKC on a Sunday evening (weekend) with my family and friends, expecting a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The DJ seemed more interested in personal phone calls rather than engaging with the crowd or creating any vibe. Despite it being a weekend night, the music played was mostly lo-fi and sad songs, which is completely unsuitable for dancing. My family and friends wanted to enjoy and dance on the floor, but the music made that impossible. When we raised this concern, the manager showed very little interest and kept saying that live mixing would start after some time. However, even till 12 AM, nothing changed. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor music selection, and unresponsive management ruined our evening. Strictly not recommended to visit on Sundays, especially if you’re coming with family or friends expecting a good vibe and dance-friendly music. (Photos attached for reference).
