True Taste ll with takeaway food is suitable for those guests who like to have supper in a hurry. The professional staff welcomes people all year round. The main waiter/ manager is a rude and unpleasant person and very disrespectful even when it is his fault. And the Owner is unbothered by this. I ordered mutton seekh kebab and it was very raw which I even had another waiter taste and understand that it was infact raw. The other waiter accepted that it was raw. Then I asked the main waiter/ manager to please taste it and check it which he didn't and told me - this is how it is. He then said that I can send it back and we can grill it a little more, to which I agreed. But when he came back with it after 5 mins it was burnt to a crisp. Before calling the main waiter, this time I called 2 other guys and asked them if they thought it was burnt. Both of them agreed and then I called the main waiter and told him that this time two of your people have agreed that this is burnt. To this he replied that "you had said that you wanted it burnt". This was very disrespectful. I didn't want to eat there at that point. I only had a couple of bites of my chicken tandoori but I still went to the owner of the restaurant, explained the whole thing and I said I don't even want to eat there any more and paid the entire bill except the mutton seek kebab amount and left the place.
