The chef needs major training on marination and tandoori dishes. chicken was dry and tasteless. The marination on chicken was raw. Only saviour was naan

Hi guys visited this place recently it had opened in scheme number 78 now this is not my first food truck , i have been to freta, I have been to desi food truck and tiny house. truck adda has been the worst truck i ever experienced. First of all the the guy taking order is really rude , i havent seen any owner or staff member this rude in a long time. he was not paying attention to the order when i was giving it and we ordered something else he charged us for that particular thing only and then they served us completly different thing based on their assumption, when we confronted him he actually started blaming us for giving the order in first place , whereas if they had a doubt on their own menu items they should ask us before serving. The service is very slow, i ordered nachos with salsa and cheese dip, quantity of nachos were good but salsa was very less nothing proportionate to the quantity, haka noodles were okay (you cant screw this simple recipe), burger had too much salt into it and was very small as per the rate , i can have a big burger at any burger joint in this rate. price to quantity ratio is less even for a food truck. my friends order some non veg items they didnt had any salt like they totally forgot about it. In short they dont care about what food they are serving or about their customers. in my opinion the place wont service for much long it will be just like any other place which will close in matter of time . One more thing they are Charing tax on water bottle as well whereas package food already has taxes including in its rate so why charging extra on water bottle. overall for taste and food lovers not recommeded.
