It is one of the WORST resturants in Hyderabad!!! They charge a heft money for everything and the food is not even good and they are scamming people with their menu. The menu they provide is confusing and has lot of sections, with the same food in multiple sections and there is no proper distinction between happy hour menu and regular. We ordered from what seemed the regular menu and then the bill comes with a increased price. Then they mentions that the one you saw and ordered from is Happy Hours menu as it had a "h" in front of it. Like why would you give me happy hour menu if it is not running currently? Am I supposed to click everything and check for extra h and all before ordering? Isn't what the staff are there for to inform before we order? The staff is very rude and are just sitting there to SCAM people and fill their pockets. They do not care about customers. As per them "Appetizers non veg" is regular and "non veg starter" is happy hour which not at all make sense. We went on weekday and the vibe was so dead, barely a few lights were on and half of the restaurant is off and the DJ was playing just anything. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GO. Trops kitchen and tavern is a very good place for dinner, party . There food always delite full . Music also very good and the place looking very nice. We are apriciates For this place . Our ambition is very nice, there service team also very good , they are talking smooth and smiling....... So beautiful this place....
