Tbh, this restaurant was one of the best places till few years back. Idk after they opened their new restaurant there has been a severe fall in their customer service. You will have to find for chicken pieces in the chinses dishes which nowhere is value for money. I hope the owners focuses more no their employees and improves the service.

I ordered paneer momos at Tripti Fast Food on Saraswati Puja since neither my friend nor I eat non-veg that day. However, they served us 2 chicken momos and only 3 paneer momos. When we complained, they responded casually, as if it was a minor issue, completely disregarding the seriousness of the mistake. This incident ruined our Saraswati Puja, and the manager's dismissive attitude made it even worse. When questioned, they claimed that both paneer and chicken momos were made together in the same place, making it difficult to distinguish between them. This is unacceptable and highly disappointing. I've been a loyal customer of Tripti Fast Food since childhood, but this was the first time I had such a terrible experience. I will never visit this place again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
