Tripti Tiffin deserves 10 stars. I ordered her dishes when my mother and I made a quick dash to Goa. Her food was delicious and flavorsome, exuded her attention to detail and the bhapa doi finished it exquisitely.
I will definitely order some more dishes when down next.Looking forward to having your new dishes.

At Tripti Tiffin food is not merely food: it is elevated to the level of culinary art. Here the gastronomic traditions of different South Asian regions are kept distinct and, fortunately enough, are not presented as fusion food. The careful selection of ingredients (combined with the intangible ingredients of love and patience) makes their offerings not just traditional and flavoursome but also healthful. Apart from filling the stomach, food is also about the memories and associations that it evokes in the eater. The Kolkata Mutton Biryani, Chicken Rezala and Nawabi Chaap will remind you of the fare you may expect in the best restaurants of Calcutta, whereas the Awadhi Nihari is as good as (if not better than) Lucknow's Rahim Ki Nihari. There is also a homely quality to their cooking. The lentil and vegetable dishes are wholesome and soul-uplifting. Some of these dishes rekindled the food taste of my long-dead grandmother's vegetarian kitchen.
