Recently visited Trio Restaurant and had an excellent experience. The food was absolutely amazing, rich in authentic flavours and beautifully presented. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff was extremely professional and courteous throughout. The ambience is aesthetic, with a perfect blend of traditional Rajasthani charm and modern comfort. The rooftop seating offers a beautiful view of the fort, adding to the overall dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in Jaisalmer. We went to the restaurant on 22nd of October 2023. After repeated requests, they presented the menu despite just two tables being occupied.

We ordered two mutton dishes and both were not cooked well, and the quality was also very average compared to the price.

The singer was more focused on earning tips from visitors rather than his performance. The worst performance I have ever seen in my life. While cleaning the plates from the table, the waiter was wiping the unused cutlery on the table in front of me to reuse it.

It's my advice not to visit the restaurant.
