Service (One and Half Star) The service started out as ok but quickly got to bad. (didn't expect much anyway). After the 1st peg was served no one bothered to make the 2nd peg and so on. The only reason I'm giving one and a half stars is because the server was at least polite. Ambiance (One Star) The ambiance was too dead. For the most part it gave a feel of a rather empty loft (in a bad way). I have been to places that have interiors resembling or ambiance of loft, but this place definitely missed the mark. No room freshener policy also made the experience not so good. The place didn't smell good or welcoming at all. Music (Minus 5 Stars) The day I visited they just played YouTube videos on the big screen. I am specifically mentioning this because I read one of the reviews for this place which said "world class DJ and music". It was not only the unattended YouTube playing on autoplay but no one even bothered to skip the ads. Moreover the sound system quality (speakers) were way below average. I'm sure the person leaving the great music review was a paid review or management leaving it. Liquor Very limited choice of liquor. Prices (One Star) The prices were definitely bit too high for the service and ambience provided. I mean paying INR Rs. 145/- plus taxes for a peg of Rum that came without a stirrer (despite repeated requests) is not acceptable. If you want to sell liquor by the peg least have the courtesy to give fresh glasses with each peg. Also complimentry snacks were of really low quality. I mean i know it's free but you don't have to make it a health hazard. Conclusion Average place at best. May be ok for a first timer who wants to get a taste of night life, but otherwise I would not recommend it too much. I know the staff may not like the review and I'm sure they work very hard to run the place, not intending to offend the people. Just leaving an honest review.
