My experience at Trillion Restaurant and Bar in Kharadi was incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers. We were initially attracted by a 60% off offer advertised on Zomato, but it quickly became clear this was a misleading marketing strategy. The most glaring issue was the food itself. Both the quality and quantity were significantly below average. The portion sizes were shockingly small; the amount of food served would not be enough to satisfy even one person. It feels like the restaurant is trying to recover the discounted amount by drastically cutting back on what they serve you. Furthermore, we noticed that the prices on the physical menu at the restaurant were different from what was listed on their Zomato page. This lack of transparency is a major red flag. To top it all off, when it was time to settle the bill, the staff insisted that we pay the restaurant directly rather than through the Zomato app. This was pushy and unprofessional, and it seems like a deliberate attempt to bypass the platform's system. This "fool marketing strategy," as you rightly called it, is how a business loses repeat customers. By trying to game the system, they've ensured we will never return. If you're considering a visit, I would strongly recommend you avoid this place. There are many other honest establishments in Kharadi that deserve your business.
