Visited Tribute Restaurant in Udaipur and tried their Dal Baati Churma – and what an experience it was! The baati was perfectly baked – crisp outside and soft inside, generously dipped in ghee. The dal was rich, flavourful, and had that authentic Rajasthani taste with the right balance of spices. And the churma? Sweet, crumbly, and absolutely comforting. The ambience is calm and beautiful, adding to the overall dining experience. You can really feel the tribute to Maharana Pratap in the theme and decor. Service was warm and attentive too. If you’re in Udaipur and want to try authentic Rajasthani cuisine, this place is definitely worth visiting! Highly recommended for traditional food lovers.
