We visited Trella for dinner recently. The outdoor terrace ambiance is pleasant, but it could really benefit from better lighting. It felt a little dim, and improved lighting would make the space much more inviting and comfortable. There was also a bit of confusion with the service — nothing major, but it did affect the smoothness of the dining experience. That said, the taste of the food was genuinely good. The flavors were well-balanced and enjoyable. However, the quantity felt slightly less for the price. Since we went on Valentine’s Day, I was honestly expecting at least a few themed touches like balloons or simple décor, but there wasn’t anything of that sort. While that’s not necessarily a core part of a restaurant review, it would have definitely enhanced the overall experience for the occasion. Overall, a place with good food and nice potential, but there’s room for improvement in ambiance, service coordination, and portion sizes. Service and ambience were good through most of the evening. Food and regular drinks were fine. The experience dropped sharply at the end. After the bill was already placed, we were served four shots that were extremely bland. The drinks tasted like plain lime water with no balance or alcohol punch. Paying ₹1,400 for four shots like that felt unreasonable and left a bad final impression despite decent service earlier. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
