We had a super time at The Rythm lonavala between 28th &30th march Exvellent property for a comfortable and luxurious stay Staff at the Tree House restaurants like The tree House at Rythem lonavala Satish Jitendra Gopal Marry Pooja Ajinkya Somnath Halim Chef Vinod Chef Shiv Chef Shakir All welcomed us andngave us royal time. Delicious food, quality tables and sumptuous food made it evn better Room servic and cleanliness srole the show Must come back again Devk rooms in Cypruss suits are a delight to oversee swimming pool and garden 200%sure to come.back Kudos to team and management

I am writing this review while still waiting for an order I placed 45 minutes ago. The fact that I feel compelled to express my frustration while still seated here is a testament to the deeply disappointing service. It seems the staff is entirely preoccupied with a wedding party, leaving other patrons to deal with prolonged delays and severely limited attention. The bar is fully occupied, and orders are taking exceptionally long to arrive. To add to the disappointment, dining options are virtually non-existent. If you are unable to accommodate additional bookings while hosting a large event, it would be more responsible and considerate to refrain from taking them. This lack of planning and attention to all guests is utterly unprofessional and has left me extremely dissatisfied. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service standards in the future. Service: 1
