04 July 2025 @ 1930 hrs, VR Mall Chennai The staff were good, but the service is slow, thought the restaurant had only 10-15 seated guests The staff were trying to be helpful and nice, but lack hosting experience. They need improvement in their communication, spoken English is below standards. Maybe, my crew had English language issues. I checked with why there is a delay with 3 crew members, but no one could give a valid reason. The dessert we ordered "Tiramisu" had alcohol, but not mentioned in the menu. They need lot of improvement. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Wonderful experience with warm hospitality! Had a lovely time at Toscano Italian Restaurant. Tried the Aglio Olio and a few drinks—everything was spot on in taste and presentation. The ambience was elegant and relaxing, making it perfect for a chill outing. A special shoutout to Diya, our hostess, who was extremely warm, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable throughout.
