Bed sheet was fully torn out and blanket cover was full of dirty spots Door handle was broken as I already paid entire money after multiple requests also It was not replaced till I check out after 7 days Rooms are very small and it's not at all same as what you see Complimentary breakfast is just an eye wash it's almost same everyday Poha and some puri soaked in palm oil Cups for tea are in such a bad condition you will not only feel to drink tea from that. Swimming pool is very bad water full of heavy dosed chlorine. On top of that under water lights have damage wire just attached with tape so it can be a death pool You can find better places with much less money. Being travelling all around the globe first time got fooled a travel agent. Service: 2

I recently stayed at Hotel Tranquil Inn and had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which had a great variety. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city. I would only visit or book a room to this hotel if there's only one hotel left in the whole north goa.... they call themselves 3 star I am not sure if they have forgotten to add "minus" symbol at the beginning. They charged us hefty amount for the room + breakfast. I booked it for 7 days but hardly had breakfast there because of their worst ultimate taste. Service: 1
