Had a horrible experience here without even staying at this hotel. The reason is I booked this Tranquil Inn during the Xmas NY break through MakeMyTrip, there it was showing up as FabHotel Tranquil Inn. Just two days before the check-in, I got a booking cancellation email from FabHotel and when I cross checked that with MMT, they said there will not be problem during the checkin. But when I reached this Tranquil Inn during the check-in, they said they don't allow any online bookings including MMT, FabHotel. Finally MMT arranged me a similar 3star hotel nearby. One reason I don't understand why they are in tie-up with Fabhotel and MMT to accept bookings. This Tranquil Inn should ensure their agreement is completely disconnected in all the booking sites.

This was a very disappointing stay. I genuinely don’t understand how this property is categorized as a 3-star hotel, as it fails to meet even basic standards of hygiene and maintenance. The room had cockroaches, and the floor was dirty despite multiple requests for cleaning. Housekeeping used the same mop used for outdoor areas, leaving the floor oily and sticky. The wallpaper in the room was loose and peeling off, clearly showing poor upkeep. Another concerning point was that during our stay, we didn’t see anyone using the swimming pool at all, which raised doubts about its cleanliness and maintenance. When these issues were brought to the attention of the reception staff, the response was extremely casual — “ok” and “hmm” — with no apology, concern, or effort to resolve the problems. Overall, poor hygiene, poor maintenance, and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
