The services are very poor. You have to tell staff multiple times what you need. Despite telling several times, they will ignore like we told them to turn on the geyser as my mother suffers from arthritis, at 8 am i told them to give us tea but they ignored. They also dont tell about the hidden GST they will take on everything. Only a little boy at the restaurant is courteous. Other than the location, it is an utter disappointment. Service: 1

Had a very positive experience of staying in this hotel in Kurseong. Loved the ambience and the view of the tea plantations. Neat and Clean Rooms, Staffs are polite and well behaved. Scenic View, Great Service. 10/10 Recommended. Service: 5
