Eating at the restaurant is a different experience from ordering from home. Vast difference in service. When at the cafe, one gets good service, the waiters are very sweet and friendly and orders are prompt; however, home delivery is a different story. I am very disappointed with my experience. The menu states that the pancakes come with a side of honey and maple syrup, but in fact they sent it without. When I called them, they said they mix maple syrup and honey IN THE BATTER! Has anyone heard of that before? They also forgot to put baking powder so the pancakes didn't fluff up, on the contrary they seem like crepes, and not very good ones at that. Moreover, they forgot to send one order of nachos and then took more than forty minutes and repeated phone calls to send it over again. I haven't managed to finish the pancakes and my cold coffee tastes oddly like pudina.
