Extremely disappointing experience at Toy Room Mumbai — wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent night out. We had booked a private table(Pacha 2), but there was absolutely nothing private about it. The layout of the club is terribly planned — our table was tucked into a dark corner with barely any visibility of the stage or dance floor. It honestly felt like we were sitting in a blacked-out storeroom. There was zero lighting reaching the tables — we literally had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu. On top of that, the ceiling height above our table was shockingly low — maybe around 7 feet — making the space feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. It was hot and smoky inside, with the AC barely working. Breathing was a challenge, and within minutes, we all felt like stepping out. The DJ was a total letdown — no energy, no proper flow in the music. The entire vibe felt flat and uninviting. Food and drinks were overpriced, and the quality didn’t match the cost at all. It felt like everything was marked up for no reason. As for the staff and management — completely unresponsive. There was no control over the crowd, and people kept walking into our area without anyone managing it. Toy Room Mumbai might have a big name, but the actual experience was a disaster. Total waste of money. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Toy Room Mumbai was a major letdown — definitely not the experience we hoped for. We had reserved a private table, expecting a bit of space and comfort, but it was far from private. The section was overcrowded, and random people kept walking into our area like it was general entry. No staff to manage the flow, no sense of exclusivity at all. The lighting was harsh and poorly timed — instead of creating a vibe, it just made the space more uncomfortable and disorienting. The AC was barely functioning, and the smoke inside the club made it genuinely difficult to breathe. We were sweating and suffocating within minutes. The food was honestly disappointing — overpriced, average in taste, and clearly not designed for a crowd that expects quality. The drinks were also absurdly expensive for what they offered. The DJ lacked any real presence — the music was flat, with no build-up or energy, and it just dragged the whole night down. Worst of all, the management seemed completely uninterested in addressing any issues. No support, no crowd control, and no hospitality. It felt like Toy Room Mumbai was all about flashy branding with zero attention to actual guest experience. Definitely not going back.

A night at Toy Room Mumbai that we were really looking forward to turned out to be a complete disappointment. We had booked a private table expecting a premium experience, but it was far from that. The layout was terrible — our table was buried in a dark corner with no view of the main club area. To make matters worse, random people from the crowd kept walking into our space, and the staff did nothing about it. The club was extremely hot and filled with smoke. The AC barely worked, and within minutes, we were sweating and struggling to breathe. The DJ didn’t help at all — music had no energy or flow, and it felt like no one was really enjoying it. Food and drinks were way overpriced for what was offered. Nothing stood out in terms of quality or taste, and honestly, it felt like we were being overcharged just for being inside. The biggest shock was the attitude of the bouncers — rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of managing the crowd or helping guests, they seemed more interested in power-tripping. The management was no better. Unresponsive, careless, and clearly not focused on providing a good experience to their guests. This was supposed to be a fun night with friends, but Toy Room Mumbai turned it into a frustrating and uncomfortable one. Definitely not worth the hype or the price — we won’t be coming back.
