Gurgaon represents the new India. Buildings like one horizon represent the aspirations and new-found prosperity of Indians. And a place like Town Hall is where the new India spends its money. You won't get draft beer in Delhi, but in Gurgaon, it's free flowing. I could see the difference between Town Hall in Khan Market and the one in one horizon. The menu was eclectic, and the food was delicious. Beer was chilled to perfection. Service was prompt and polite. The ambiance was warm and well appointed. The crowd was smartly dressed and was eager to show off their new-found economic prosperity. Ladies were eager to show off their financial independence and loss of inhibitions, and I'm not complaining The place is expensive, but the entire experience is worth it.
