This restaurant is a right choice if you are in the mood for the Indian cuisine. Touch Kitchen & Bar is to be recommended for good chicken wings, chaat and kebabs. Among the drinks, there is great coffee.

I went to their restaurant with my girlfriend earlier this week.Terrible experience!!!!!!!!First there was no one at the front desk, we had to roam around ourselves to find a table.Then the waiter gave us a single menu, let me tell you, the menu was the most basic, cheap-ass and least-worked upon menu you could ever find, most of the food items had very little description of the food, the mocktails had no description and prices whatsoever, and also the place had no innovative or creative dishesLike I went there by seeing the place on a few reels and saw a couple of good reviews, I thought the place must be good, good ambience, good food, and a nice place to have a date, but NOOOOOOOOThe waiters were so careless and unattentive, we went at 3 in the afternoon.Then we ordered some food - Mushroom delux, Aglio-e-olio spaghetti and Stuffed tandoori paneer tikka, alongwith 2 mocktails- Berry crush and Orange & lime mojito.Now let’s come onto the food, • The mushroom delux was so bland and plain that we had to send the dish back to the kitchen, had it redone, but still it was under-seasoned and bland• The aglio-e-olio spaghetti was okay-ish, it was also under-seasoned, and the flavour was missing somewhere• The stuffed paneer tikka was soooo oily, and guess what, IT WAS BLAND TOOOO, se we sent it back too, and still after it came back, it was still the same as before• Both the mocktails were below average, no taste to it, they were both too sour and we could hardly taste any berry or orange flavour in themI was so humiliated that I brought the woman I love to this place, and the food, the service, the experience was so bad I was embarrassed. i wanted to have a nice lunch and a great experience with her at a new restaurant, but it was not at all coming this far for this (btw we came from Anand Vihar, Delhi to experience this crap).The prices of the items were not very high, but not at all worth the food n drinks we got served, Our bill totalled at ₹1,948, but now I wouldn’t even eat this food even if I got it for free.We spent One thousand nine hundred rupees here!!!!!! We could have literally enjoyed having lunch at McDonald’s 3-4 times with this much amount and we would be a hundred times happier with the food and the experience there.All-in-all, had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant. I recommend you not to visit this place, unless you wanna take revenge from somebody.

I am writing to express my concerns following an incident at Touch Kitchen & Bar. During our visit, my spouse and our 6-month-old child fell from a poorly maintained garden swing, resulting in minor injuries. It was alarming to find the swing in such a rusty and unsafe condition.Furthermore, the staff seemed unprepared to handle the situation. Instead of promptly providing first aid, they appeared more focused on a birthday party occurring at the same time. The lack of immediate assistance was distressing.Additionally, I was disappointed by the manager's response, which lacked empathy and understanding. We were not offered any form of compensation or even basic first aid supplies, which would have been a minimal gesture of goodwill in such circumstances.I hope you will address these issues to ensure the safety and satisfaction of future patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
