I genuinely felt like a fool during my visit. To start with, when I asked for a good wine recommendation by the glass, the waiter responded with, “Let me check which bottle is open and then I’ll recommend.” That was a bizarre response—something I’ve never heard before. I didn't know restaurants suggest wines based on what’s already uncorked. Then came the pizza. I ordered a sourdough pizza, but what was served was clearly made with regular dough. When I pointed this out, the waiter —rather unconvincingly—said that it was sourdough. I’ve had sourdough pizza countless times, and this simply wasn’t it. The thrid incident was even more disappointing. I ordered a glass of red wine priced at ₹800, only to be charged ₹900. When I raised the issue, the waiter casually claimed that he had given me a “fresh” ₹900 wine instead. Frankly, it felt like an excuse. Please learn to treat your customers with honesty rather than fake smiles and dismissive explanations. As for the food, the pizza was outright terrible. Only the pasta and noodles were somewhat redeeming. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
