The 'Tourtuga Special Veg Shumai', which is a type of traditional Chinese Dumpling usually served in a dim sum sack. Unlike dumplings or momos, it is open at the top & filled with veggies up to the neck. However, it is as scrumptious as momos are.?
We personally loved the hospitality, and everything we tasted was worth all appreciation. The best part however was the subtle but beautiful plating.
