I was a regular customer of top notch ottapalam, right from its functioning started at ottappalam, but in the last several months the attitude and behaviour of the staffs are rude, unprofessional, unbecoming and totally unacceptable to the customer standards. I don't known actually what happened to them, hope that the management will do the needful in their own interests Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
