Overall good food and service. AC seating available in the basement and we had meals and it was decent(₹90 per person). Also ordered fried fish (ayla ₹110 and neymeen ₹170). Even though ayla was not much fresh not feel much problem since both fish were fried at that time. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I am a normal customer of Top Dines Restaurant. While having food at restaurant previously, the al faham was good, but today we have ordered an al faham parcel and once we reached home and opened, it is observed that the al faham was not cooked properly and the chicken was not cooked well inside. It was not in the condition to eat. So we tried to contact the restaurant team, they were not responding properly and was not taking the responsibility. They told their delivery person was not currently available and they can't do anything else. Also afterwards while we tried calling, they were not picking up the call. For ladies like us, what will we do in this kind of situation that too even at night around 10:30 pm. It was really a horrifying experience.
