This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The pretty atmosphere can make you want to stay here for a bit longer than you've originally planned. But Tonique Bistro & Bar is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I have been there 4-5 times but the thing which happened today never happened with us. So basically I went to celebrate my 100k YouTube party. So we cut the cake and when we got the bill it was a total of 5000 which included the service charge of 550??? We said that it’s upto us if we want to pay the service charge or not but instead they said you booked it from Zomato and you have to pay they argued a lot and were Denying from removing the service charge. After ward we had to pay the full amount of 5000. Few of the staff members are really polite and sweet but oh god others!! Never visiting that place ever again. Thank you for ruining my day. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I have booked a table for 2 through Zomato.....at the time of billing i found that they have charged 350rs as service charge. I asked them to remove it as it is optional the server started arguing that if you pay through Zomato we cannot remove it. I asked him to call his senior which he did. That guy was also arguing that they cannot remove it as i was paying through Zomato. After 15mins of argument he agreed to remove it. The good was not at all good compared to the price they are charging. The alfresco was also not upto the mark. It was dirty and there very less light. Nit at all a good experience. Totally waste of money. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Tonique Bistro & Bar, located in Phoenix Palassio, Lucknow, provides a delightful dining experience with its cozy ambiance and diverse menu. During our visit, we savored a variety of dishes including perfectly spiced masala fries, a rich and flavorful ramen, and a crispy chicken fried dish, all of which were well-received. The highlight of our evening was the LLIT drinks, which were not only refreshing but also creatively presented. Adding to the pleasant experience, the staff were accommodating enough to allow us to charge our mobile phones, enhancing our convenience.
